It had been about seven weeks since I sent my order. I was beginning to get a little worried. Sent an email inquiring the status of my order. They replied promptly and said the hold up was in St. Louis. The respondent promised to send an inquiry to St. Louis with the promise that it would “normally trigger a response.” I don’t know what happened after that except that my order arrived very soon afterward. I think this all boils down to three things: communication, communication, and communication. I tend to believe that the hold up really was with the Feds. We all know how slow they can be! Nonetheless, all is well that ends well! [Thank you for your kind words. We work on average response times and every military record request, like every veteran, is unique. Unfortunately on our original 4-6 week estimate for the service you ordered, yours took a bit longer. Yes indeed, all is well that ends well! Thank you, too, for your service.]
