I ordered my card on February of 2021 and just received my card end of June 2022. Don't know why it took so long but I am glad I finally have it. Thanks [Each case is unique. During COVID, many records centers were closed thereby creating a 2 year backlog in request processing. Non-urgent requests experienced the greatest delays. Unfortunately, your request fell into this group. Now, things are indeed speeding up - but processing is still somewhat delayed until the backlog is entirely addressed. Still, no one can get you your record faster.]
