I feel like I should be writing this review elsewhere. After all. I had just given them a good amount of money, and became concerned when I hadn't received my dd214 when I was expecting it. I sent a message to the customer service email, and had my dd214 within a day after that. This company was good at retrieving the information I requested. [We work on average response time, some records come in earlier, some later. See our Frequently Asked Questions for timing and potential delay issues. Some records facilities are precise, like clockwork, others not so much. But no one can get you your record faster.]
