Hmmm,

The service was fast enough but the notice of completion escaped my attention since it was just titled "update on ..."

I wrote to customer service when I really needed the document and received a prompt response, without even calling me an inattentive idiot!

Maybe a more catchy delivery title would help. Something like "Grab the goods, quartermaster, your DOCUMENTS have arrived."

Well done, anyway.
